What you'll do

• Shared Services Setup & Ownership
• Play a key role in designing and establishing the HR Shared Services operating model from scratch, including scope definition, service catalog, SLAs, and governance
• Independently manage end-to-end HR operations with minimal supervision while aligning with global HR process
• Define, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) across regions
• Support transition of HR activities from regional teams into Shared Services in a structured and controlled manner
