Manage employee data throughout the complete Hire-to-Retire lifecycle in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. Support key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee data management, absence management, transfers, visa renewals, and offboarding activities. Prepare employment documentation, including offer letters, and monitor background verification processes for selected candidates.
