About the role

In this role you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. You will need to deliver strong HR practices, enhance employee engagement, drive talent development, and ensure effective execution of HR strategies across the business. What you'll do

• Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
• Lead performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals
