About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic HR Business Partner to support our collections & customer support teams. In this role, you will act as a key link between employees and leadership, driving initiatives focused on engagement, retention, performance, and development.

What you'll do

  • Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Quality teams to align HR initiatives with business goals
  • Act as the first point of contact for all people-related matters across call center teams
  • Coach managers on people management, performance, and team engagement
  • Attrition & Workforce Management
