• Payroll Input Processing & Coordination
• Collect, compile, and audit monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leaves, overtime, reimbursements, bonuses, and tax declarations
• Collaborate with department heads to resolve discrepancies in employee time tracking and attendance records
• Maintain accurate records of joiners, leavers, salary revisions, and pro-rated adjustments for the payroll cycle
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and payroll reconciliation sheets for final finance sign-offs
