Implementation Consultant – STITCH MES

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to support the implementation and deployment of STITCH MES at garment manufacturing facilities in Bangladesh. The role involves understanding factory operations, configuring system workflows, training end users, and ensuring smooth go-live and adoption.

What you'll do

• Lead STITCH MES implementation activities, including requirement gathering, process mapping, system configuration, testing, and go-live
• Understand and map garment factory processes across cutting, sewing, finishing, quality, and line balancing
• Configure system masters, including styles, operations, SMV, and production lines
• Support production planning, WIP tracking, efficiency reporting, and real-time shop-floor data capture
• Conduct user training for operators, supervisors, production teams, and management
