(IND) Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Talent Acquisition Operations & Analytics to drive recruitment reporting, operational excellence, workforce analytics, and global TA programs.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain executive recruitment dashboards and scorecards using Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
• Develop and present MBR/QBR insights and recommendations to TA, HR, and business leadership teams
• Analyze hiring metrics, including hiring volume, time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, diversity hiring, recruiter productivity
• Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition Operations, including reporting governance, KPI tracking, process optimization, and workforce planning support
• Partner with Global TA Leaders, HRBPs, Finance, HR Operations, and Business Leaders to deliver actionable insights and operational improvements
