About the role

The India HR Compliance Manager – Employment Law is responsible for ensuring adherence to Indian employment laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies across our India operations. This specialized individual-contributor role manages employment-related compliance processes, advises on policy governance and the employee life cycle, and mitigates risk through proactive monitoring and practical guidance.

What you'll do

• Employment Law Compliance, Reporting & Policy Governance
• Manage compliance with key Indian labor law requirements, including but not limited to: Gratuity Act
• Shops & Establishments Act (state-specific)
• POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act
• Severance and separation-related compliance

What you need

• 7–10 yrs of experience
• Compliance

• HRMS
• MS Office
