Industrial Designer

About the role

The Assistant Manager - Industrial Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing motorcycle designs from initial ideas to production-ready solutions. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Clay Modelers, Engineers, and Digital Sculptors, to create motorcycles that embody Royal Enfield’s legacy while pushing the boundaries of design.

What you'll do

• Develop motorcycle designs from initial sketches to digital 3D models, ensuring a balance between aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability
• Work closely with clay modelers to refine design proportions and surfaces through physical prototypes
• Create high-quality 3D models using Blender, Rhino, or Alias to communicate design intent effectively
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to translate design concepts into feasible production models
• Stay updated with motorcycle design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design innovation

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• 3D modelling
• Prototyping
• Any graduate
