About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to generate, qualify, and nurture MSME leads through calls and digital platforms and hand over qualified opportunities to the Field Sales team.

What you'll do

  • Generate and qualify MSME leads using lead-generation and CRM platforms
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to MSME owners and decision-makers
  • Understand customer requirements, business profile, and energy-related needs
  • Explain the product at a basic level using FAQs and supporting sales materials
  • Schedule qualified leads for Field Sales/site visits
