About the role

Conduct product/service presentations and follow-ups under the guidance of the sales team. Maintain accurate lead, customer, and sales activity records in CRM or internal systems. Assist in achieving sales targets and converting qualified leads into opportunities.

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels
• Communicate with prospective customers to understand their requirements and business needs
