Intern – Customer Success

About the role

We are looking for a Intern – Customer Success to support our Customer Success team with day-to-day client and operational activities. This role is ideal for a fresher who is a good communicator, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.

What you'll do

• Support the Customer Success team with daily operational activities
• Assist with client onboarding and coordination
• Follow up on client requirements and internal requests for timely closure
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and requirements
• Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation accurately
