About the role

Recruit for entry-level profiles in operations, sales, marketing and software development. Stakeholder management – collecting hiring requirements from senior management, creating job descriptions, setting up recruitment workflow, completing post hiring documentation. Campus Hiring – Plan and execute campus recruitment strategies across colleges and universities.

What you'll do

• Recruit for entry-level profiles in operations, sales, marketing and software development
• Setting up recruitment workflow, completing post hiring documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with campus placement cells, faculty, and students
• Manage pre-placement talks, screening tests, interviews, and offer processes for campus hires
• Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for effective tracking and reporting
