Prior experience within NBFCs, Banks, Housing Finance Companies, Microfinance Institutions, or other lending businesses. Experience managing and leading audit teams. Opportunity to lead a critical control function within a growing financial institution. High visibility with senior leadership. Ownership of audit strategy, governance, and control effectiveness.

• Lead the internal audit function for a rapidly growing NBFC
• Drive branch, operational, and risk audits across a growing network
• Lead and manage the Internal Audit function across the organization
• Design and execute risk-based audit plans
• Conduct branch, operational, process, and compliance audits
