[Internal Hiring]: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The ideal candidate should have expertise in end to-end recruitment, sourcing through multiple channels, candidate assessment, and delivering quality talent within defined timelines.

What you'll do

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
• Understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels
• Screen and assess candidates based on technical, functional, and behavioral competencies
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers
