About the role
The IS Organizational Effectiveness Manager is responsible for enabling effective delivery across multiple Digital Product Teams supporting R&D Commercialization and PPM through strong SAFe Agile execution, Release Train leadership, Scrum Master responsibilities, and Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM) adoption.

- Establish and facilitate the operating cadence required to coordinate multiple teams, products, dependencies, releases, and shared resources
- Lead preparation and facilitation of PI Planning, ART synchronization, product-level planning, Inspect & Adapt events, and other cross-team SAFe ceremonies
