IT Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, endpoint environment, user access management, and day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, supporting end users, managing IT assets, administering Google Workspace and JumpCloud environments, and maintaining network and device security.

What you'll do

• IT Asset & Procurement Management
• Manage end-to-end procurement of laptops, peripherals, accessories, and other IT hardware
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchases, deliveries, warranty claims, repairs, and replacements
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle management records
• Track asset allocation, returns, upgrades, repairs, and disposal activities

What you need

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
