IT.Application Support Analyst

About the role

The Real Estate Fund Services group is seeking a Yardi Product Support Analyst to join the Real Estate Business Solutions Team. This specialized team of professionals are subject matter experts on Real Estate investment management operations, as well as the processes & technologies that support those functions.

What you'll do

• Provide expert application and business process support to staff worldwide in their use of Yardi Voyager and other integrated applications
• Act as the liaison between IT and functional business requests, handling both sides when necessary
• Organize and perform testing, preparation and assist in implementation of new modules and functionalities within Yardi Voyager
• Assist with the implementation of system upgrades
• Provide assistance in the creation of training and reference materials and lead end-user education training events in core competencies

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
