What you'll do
- Provide first-level technical support for users on hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows systems, printers, and network devices
- Monitor and report system performance, connectivity, and basic security alerts
- Support day-to-day IT operations including user account management in Active Directory , email setup (Microsoft 365), and access permissions
- Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, IP configuration, and peripheral issues
