Japanese Bilingual Business Analyst

About the role

You will translate complex business needs into clear, implementable solutions and act as a bridge between Japan business teams and global technology teams.

What you'll do

• Bilingual Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise between Japanese‑speaking business users and English‑speaking global teams; lead bilingual workshops and requirement discussions
• Process & Gap Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business processes, assess gaps between existing and target-state operations
• Japanese language proficiency at business level (equivalent to JLPT N2 or above)
• Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Experience working with Japanese insurers or Japan insurance products
