About the role

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) Sales at Paytm Payments Services Limited, you will drive merchant acquisition and growth in Pune, directly impacting our mission to expand digital payments and financial inclusion across India.

What you'll do

• Execute field sales strategies to identify, approach, and convert prospective merchants for EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machine deployment
• Manage the complete sales cycle as an individual contributor, from prospecting to closure, ensuring achievement of assigned targets
• Build and nurture strong relationships with merchants, providing ongoing support and resolving operational issues to maximize merchant satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, product, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions for merchant needs
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales approaches
