KEY ACCOUNTS - Associate/ Sr. Associate

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-Commerce Operations Associate to manage end-to-end marketplace operations. The role primarily focuses on stock fulfillment, open purchase order monitoring, listing management, fill-rate optimization, inventory coordination, and receivables compliance.

What you'll do

• Inventory & Stock Fulfillment Management
• Ensure timely fulfillment of stocks to partner fulfillment centers and other e-commerce warehouses
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock availability to prevent stock-outs
• Assess and track Open Purchase Orders (OPOs) and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely closures
• Maintain and improve marketplace Fill Rate in line with business targets
