What you'll do

  • Deliver world-class customer support through Walk-up Desk, Phone & Email
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, Mac & Microsoft Office issues
  • Install, configure and deploy laptops & desktops with standard images
  • Manage IT assets, software installations and hardware lifecycle activities
  • Support Mobile Devices, Active Directory and password management

What you need
