What you'll do
- Support delivery of DOJO training on Operations, Safety, and Quality
- Maintain attendance, assessment, and feedback records for DOJO, OJT, TNI, and safety trainings
- Keep training records updated and audit-ready throughout the year
- Track certification and recertification data in coordination with Labour Trainers
- Issue and maintain job card records for new joiners
