About the role

The purpose of this role is to resolve high-priority incidents through advanced troubleshooting, ensure SLA compliance, analyse system performance trends, and create mitigation measures by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Triaging and resolution of tickets-Provide resolution to high priority incident (P2) tickets, performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure timely closure.

What you'll do

• Manage and support enterprise Network, Network Security, Voice and Unified Communications infrastructure
• Configure, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, wireless controllers, voice routers and gateways
• Manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, IMP, Jabber, Expressway C/E and Cisco IP endpoints
• Provide administration and troubleshooting support for Fortinet FortiGate, Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewalls
• Configure and support LAN, VLAN, routing, DHCP, DNS, SIP, PRI and VoIP environments

What you need
