About the role
Subject matter experience in operating overall SCCM medium to large, complex solutions and SCCM Infra changes Capability to review existing process around s/w distribution and patch management and bring automation in place where possible, and streamline existing process to increase Patch compliance
What you'll do
- Proven experience within a distributed environment of at least 5000+ workstations and servers
- Ready to work in shifts, time 24 / 7 / Rotational shift
- Troubleshoot Leval3 SCCM Infra issues and able to handle SCCM technical escalations
What you need
- 5–9 yrs of experience
- ITIL
- Troubleshooting
- SQL
- PowerShell
- Intune
- Any graduate
