Lead Assistant Manager

About the role

Role primarily involves doing Balance Sheet Reconciliations (Sub-Ledger to GL - AP, AR, WIP, I/C, Bank recs etc) and Preparing/ processing/Uploading month end journals/reclassifications as per expected schedule and Service Levels (Efficiency, TAT and accuracy levels) to the Business with focus on: Ensure to update SOP’s and process documents and maintain the audit governance

What you'll do

• Ensure to update SOP’s and process documents and maintain the audit governance
• Collaborating with team and client in ensuring service deliveries
• Participating in conference calls with client
• Assisting onshore in Adhoc /monthly/quarterly and year end activities
• Working with Tech support team, to ensure clearance of tech issues impacting SL/GL

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• Reporting
• Financial statements
• Reconciliation
• Working capital
• Month-end close
• SOX
• Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA

Good to have

• CFA
• General ledger
• SOP writing
