About the role

Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of various Financial Reporting supplemental and the filing documents 10Q/10K/8K & financial supplement etc. Peers (team members) for the purpose of seeking co-operation & clarification on process-related matters & aiding and support when required Ownership of processes, reports, procedures, or products.

What you'll do

• Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of various Financial Reporting supplemental and the filing documents 10Q/10K/8K & financial supplement etc
• Lead and mentor junior team member
• Support quarterly/annual audits by internal auditors, as well as independent external auditors
• Participate or lead special projects, initiatives, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
• Identify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies and enhanced controls

What you need

• 20–30 yrs of experience
• Financial reporting
• Reporting
• Financial statements
• US GAAP
• Excel
• Internal controls
• Chartered Accountant or MBA or B.Com
