Lead Business Analyst

About the role

To bridge the gap between the business and technical teams| analyze and document business requirements| suggest innovative design solutions to the assigned project team as per the business requirement.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear and concise functional specifications
• Analyze available options, considering feasibility, cost, and alignment with business requirements and suggest solutions
• Participate and facilitate the walkthrough’ to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements
• Prepare and / or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements
• Tackle complex business problems and develop innovative solutions
