Lead Controllership/Lead Accounting

About the role

To be responsible for preparation of journal entries, reconciliation and maintenance of general ledger account, preparation of specified accounting records and analysis in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles(GAAP). We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Record-to-Report (R2R) Team Lead to join our Finance team.

What you'll do

• Assist With Identifying And Administering Internal Control In The Organization As Well As Updating Sop'S
• Be Responsible For Preparation Of Journal Entries, Account Reconciliation And Other Analytical Reports To Ensure Accuracy, Timeliness And Completeness
• Maintain And Analyze General Ledger Accounts To Ensure Accuracy Of Financial Information Such As Balance Sheet Accounts, Expense Analysis
• Provide Supporting Documentation And Information To Various Stakeholder Like Management, Auditors, Tax Departments Etc
• Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of R2R members including month end support, Balance Sheet Reconciliations

What you need
