Lead Generation Executive

About the role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to connect with potential corporate clients, HR professionals, and companies through outbound calls. The role involves introducing Masai’s programs, understanding corporate training requirements, building business relationships, and generating qualified B2B leads.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to potential companies and HR professionals from the provided database
• Connect with HR managers, Talent Acquisition teams, and other relevant decision-makers
• Meet daily outreach targets and monthly qualified-lead goals
• Understand company requirements and identify potential business opportunities
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication

What you need
