Lead-Quality Control Zoya

About the role

The QA/QC Lead is responsible for ensuring every Zoya jewellery piece meets uncompromising standards of craftsmanship, quality, functionality, durability and luxury finish. The role leads quality assurance across the product lifecycle—from concept validation through manufacturing, vendor development and final product approval.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement quality strategy, standards and KPIs
• Ensure quality in product development through DFM reviews, prototype validation and pilot approvals
• Lead manufacturing quality across casting, fabrication, stone setting, polishing, plating, assembly and finishing
• Establish incoming quality standards for metals, diamonds, gemstones, components and packaging
• Manage supplier quality, audits, scorecards and CAPA

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• Quality control
• Six Sigma
• Root cause analysis
• FMEA
• SPC
• Lean
• B.Tech or B.E.
