About the role
We are seeking a Lead / Senior AWS Connect Engineer with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice to design, build, and maintain complex system integrations across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AWS cloud services and contact center technologies to develop scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions that connect Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud and other enterprise systems.
What you'll do
- Design and implement integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV), Verint, Cerner, Marketing Cloud, and other systems using APIs, SDKs
