Lead - Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, high-performing Talent Acquisition Lead to drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our state-of-the-art R&D, design, and manufacturing hub across Bengaluru, Powai, Talegaon, Coimbatore. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and engineering heads to attract top-tier niche talent across embedded systems, hardware design, power electronics, robotics, and strategic (defense) electronics.
