What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process across functions – Sales, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Technology
• Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and design effective hiring strategies
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and leveraging networks
• Manage, mentor, and guide a small TA team to deliver speed and quality in hiring
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics , ensuring closures within defined TATs

What you need
