About the role

This role is responsible for internal learning & development initiatives, talent associated communications, and consulting with the business to build learning programs aligned to our goals and in support of our employee value proposition – “become your best professional self”. This role will also contribute to broader organizational development initiatives, with a strong focus on technical upskilling, leadership development, and performance enablement.

What you'll do

Learning Strategy & Program Development
Partner with India CoE Regional leaders to identify skill gaps and learning needs across technical and customer-facing teams
Design and implement scalable learning programs focused on technical competencies (e.g., software engineering, product knowledge, data literacy), customer engagement
Collaborate with Engineering and Client Care teams to support and maintain technical onboarding training modules
Facilitate hands-on workshops and peer learning sessions to build technical depth
