What you'll do
- _Tasks may include but are not limited to:_
- Proficient in the maintenance of the global Learning Management System (LMS)
- Create learning-related activities (e.g., training modules, classes, courses, learning matrices, etc.) within the LMS for SOPs, work instructions, Job Specific
- Resolves LMS related queries from the end user community
- Creates and maintains system guidelines and FAQs to ensure consistent operation by end users
