About the role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Law Officer / Head – Legal to handle day-to-day legal responsibilities and provide comprehensive legal support to the organization. The role involves legal analysis, drafting, advisory, compliance management, and litigation support across multiple legal domains.

What you'll do

Contract Management & Advisory
Draft, review, and vet legal notices, agreements, contracts, MOUs, deeds, and other legal documents including but not limited to Agreements with Temples
Produce high-quality legal opinions on a wide range of matters
Handle legal documentation related to company law, banking law, contract law, and intellectual property rights
Oversee the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements, technology and licensing agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, employment agreements
