About the role

Overview CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events. We’re looking for an experienced legal professional to strengthen our legal function, streamline contract management, and provide practical legal guidance that supports business objectives.

What you'll do

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other business-critical legal documents
Oversee contract lifecycle management, including approvals, renewals, compliance, and documentation
Support corporate compliance, policy management, and data privacy requirements across jurisdictions
Manage intellectual property matters, freelancer and independent contractor agreements, and related legal queries
Partner with cross-functional teams and external counsel to address legal risks and deliver business-oriented solutions
