What you'll do

• Manage and oversee end-to-end workforce data transactions, governance, and mass data change processes, ensuring absolute accuracy and timeliness
• Establish, maintain, and enforce data quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational governance processes across the workforce data function
• Align GCS workforce data execution and delivery with overall enterprise service delivery expectations and standards
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance data accuracy, processing efficiency, and operational performance
• Monitor team performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), proactively identifying risks and resolving operational issues
