• Lead operational delivery team to ensure consistent, high-quality HR service execution across the organization
• Build governance standards, controls, and end-to-end HR processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across HR systems
• Drive accurate and timely execution of HR programs, with ongoing monitoring and improvement of performance
