About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of all restaurant facilities, equipment, and infrastructure across the brand's outlets. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, maintaining safety standards, managing maintenance teams and vendors, and ensuring all outlets operate efficiently to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What you'll do

  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all restaurant equipment and facilities
  • Conduct routine inspections of kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, refrigeration units, generators, and furniture
  • Ensure timely repair of breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions
  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend replacement or upgrades when necessary
