Actively participate in field work to earn and build/rebuild the team to achieve sales targets.
What you'll do
- Conduct prospecting activities in field work. Identify potential Life Advisors and lead their selection and onboarding process
- Manage a team of 10 to 30 Life Advisors (LAs) and provide performance support to help them achieve sales targets and monitor field activities
- Collaborate with team members and accompany Life Advisors during field work to achieve sales targets
