About the role

Overall, the role will help strengthen operational excellence, training consistency, and learner engagement across the organization. The Manager – Training & Education will be responsible for executing end-to-end business training and education initiatives across the organization. This role combines strategic stakeholder collaboration with hands-on team leadership, capability building, and project management.

What you'll do

• Responsible for executing end-to-end business training and education initiatives across the organization
• Ensure smooth collaboration cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of national and regional training events
• Champion the development of scalable learning solutions and standardized frameworks that improve knowledge dissemination across the distributor and associate community
• Oversee the quality and consistency of all business training content, presentations, learning aids, and communication materials produced by the team
• Own and manage end-to-end rollout of key training and education projects that support the distributor community and national sales initiatives
