Manager – Community & Influencer Marketing

About the role

Passionate about growing brands through creators, culture, and conversation? You'll bring together credible voices, interesting ideas, and relevant content to build relationships that extend beyond individual campaigns. From influencer collaborations and social conversations to practitioner communities and customer advocacy, you'll help build a brand that people genuinely want to engage with and recommend.

What you'll do

• Identify and build relationships with the people shaping conversations in recruitment, including founders, industry experts, coaches, consultants, creators
• Own influencer collaborations end to end, from identifying the right voices and developing ideas to briefing, content creation, distribution, and performance measurement
• Build programs that turn one-off collaborations into lasting relationships through expert content, interviews, thought leadership, product advocacy
• Bring recruiting professionals and customers together through community initiatives that encourage knowledge sharing, peer learning, and ongoing engagement
• Work with Product, Product Marketing, Content, and Customer Success to bring industry experts and customer voices into product conversations, campaigns
