Manager, Customer Profile Management

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and customer-centric Customer Profiles Product Manager to lead programs and product initiatives that strengthen customer profile management across the business. In this role, you will help shape experiences and features that integrate inclusion, security, and financial maturity principles, while working closely with cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful and scalable customer solutions.

What you'll do

• Help shape experiences and features that integrate inclusion, security, and financial maturity principles
• Designing cohesive strategies and programs that integrate principles of inclusion, security, and financial maturity
• Ensuring delightful customer experiences across touchpoints through strong product thinking and execution
• Driving governance and reinforcement of policies and execution across products and features
• Performing regular analysis, insight generation, and reporting for relevant stakeholders
