We are seeking an experienced Manager with deep expertise in finance data intelligence, finance data lakes, and finance process optimization. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and grow EY’s global finance data intelligence service offering. What you'll do

• Lead finance function engagements covering Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes, focusing on finance data flows
• Drive workshops and stakeholder interviews to perform comprehensive current state (As-Is) finance data process assessments and design optimized future state processes…
• Identify and prioritize finance data process improvement opportunities through automation, data integration, technology upgrades
• Oversee the implementation and development of finance data lakes, data pipelines, and governance frameworks
• Design and implement KPIs, dashboards, and control frameworks for finance data monitoring and reporting across O2C, P2P, and R2R processes

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• SAP
• Reporting
• Reconciliation
• Excel
• Variance analysis
• Month-end close
• Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA or B.Com
