Manager - HR, IR & Administration | 10+ YoE | BLR

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: 10-12 years of HR experience with at least 8 years in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience managing both white-collar and blue-collar employee populations. Fluency in Kannada and English is essential. MBA, PGDM, or MSW specializing in HR / IR / Labour Welfare preferred.

What you'll do

• Lead HR & IR for a high-tech manufacturing business in growth mode
• Own end-to-end HR, compliance & people strategy in a standalone role
• Lead end-to-end HR and administration for a manufacturing facility and corporate office
• Drive employee relations initiatives and maintain a positive, high-engagement work environment
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, statutory requirements, and audits
