Manager- HVAC National Accounts

About the role

To drive National Accounts business growth in alignment with the company's vision. To support the National Accounts team by managing and strengthening key dependable accounts.

What you'll do

• Expansion of national accounts footprint with developing/Reviving of at least 10 new accounts in North with focus on important product segments i.e. Cassettes
• Enhanced engagement with Concerned teams of major accounts by organizing regular knowledge sharing programs on industry/product/system update
• Ensure that Key team Work closely with businesses to grow Focus product of Cassettes & VRF greater than market growth
• Strongly support National Accounts head in C&A[BSS] Business endeavor in national accounts customer network
• Promote and execute Product testing at third party neutral labs thereby aimed at establishing CRL product superiority over competition

What you need

• 4–8 yrs of experience
• HVAC
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E.
