Manager Inside Sales

About the role

The Inside Sales Manager – Fire Safety will be responsible for driving business growth through effective inside sales operations, technical pre-sales support, and channel partner management. The role requires a strong understanding of fire detection and alarm systems, design and engineering capabilities, and experience in managing distributors, resellers, and channel partners.

What you'll do

• Drive inside sales activities to achieve assigned order intake and revenue targets
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through channel partners and inbound/outbound sales initiatives
• Support regional sales teams in lead generation, opportunity management, quotation follow-ups, and order closure
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and ensure timely follow-up on open opportunities
• Track sales performance, conversion ratios, and business forecasts through regular reporting and reviews
